Terms of Use

Version 1.0 · Last updated 22 September 2026 · Signature Twin AI, operated by Rachael Berry

1. About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Signature Twin AI, operated by Rachael Berry (“we”, “us”). They cover your use of the Signature Twin AI app. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not create an account or upload photographs.

You can contact us at any time through our public support form. That form is our stated contact method.

2. What the service provides

Signature Twin AI helps you create a private “AI Twin” from photographs of yourself. The app guides you through preparing and uploading your own photographs, creating Master portrait options, approving one as your Master reference, creating and approving a full-body reference, refining or correcting those references, and then creating guided content images for your own brand.

A purchase of the AI Twin course includes access to the written course lessons, the guided setup journey and the included image allowances listed below. It does not include unlimited image generation, personalised design services, or any guarantee of a particular commercial result.

3. Included allowances and how they are used

Each purchase includes, once:

  • 4 Master portrait options (one set of four)
  • 1 extra set of four Master portrait options
  • 1 Master portrait refinement
  • 1 full-body reference
  • 1 full-body correction
  • 1 guided content image

An allowance is used when a result is successfully generated and saved privately to your account. Approving, viewing or downloading a saved result never uses a further allowance.

If a run fails — for any reason — the reserved allowance is released in full and any partly created files are removed. A failed run never leaves a partial deduction. Nothing is reserved before you deliberately press the create button for that stage.

Allowances are personal to your account, are not transferable, and have no cash value.

4. AI-generated results

Every image the app creates is generated by an artificial-intelligence model. Results may contain inaccuracies, distortions or unexpected details, and may not be a faithful likeness. We do not warrant that any result will be accurate, realistic, or fit for a particular commercial purpose. Please review every image before you publish it, and do not use an image that misrepresents you or anyone else.

5. Your photographs and permissions

You must have the right to upload and process every photograph you supply. You confirm, each time you upload, that the photographs show you, or that you have permission from every identifiable person shown. We ask you to upload photographs containing only yourself.

You keep ownership of the photographs you upload. You give us permission to store them privately and to process them — including sending them to our image-generation provider — only so the app can create the results you ask for.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use Signature Twin AI to:

  • impersonate another person, or create images intended to deceive;
  • upload or process images of another person without their authority;
  • upload images of children who are not in your care, or intimate images of anyone;
  • create unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexualised or misleading material;
  • misrepresent an AI-generated image as an unedited photograph where that would mislead;
  • share your account, resell access, or attempt to bypass the app's access or allowance controls.

7. Your account

Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us through the support form if you think someone else has access to it.

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. Deletion is permanent, and what is deleted or retained is explained in our Privacy Policy.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access to the app if these terms are breached — for example uploading another person's photographs without authority, attempting to create deceptive or unlawful material, or interfering with the app's security or allowance controls. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why and give you an opportunity to respond.

9. Service changes and availability

The app is being actively developed. Features, lessons and the image-generation provider may change or be improved over time. We may need to pause the service for maintenance or to protect it. We will not reduce the included allowances that came with your purchase.

10. Problems, refunds and support

If something goes wrong — a failed run, a missing allowance, a billing question, or a request for a refund — please tell us through the support form and we will look into it and work with you on a fair outcome.

11. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those rights or remedies. Where the Australian Consumer Law applies, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss, and those rights continue to apply alongside these terms.

12. Limitation of liability

Subject to the section above, and to the extent permitted by law: we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost opportunity or loss of data arising from your use of the app; and where we are permitted to limit our liability, our total liability for any claim is limited, at our option, to re-supplying the affected part of the service or refunding the amount you paid for it.

You remain responsible for how you use the images you create, including where and how you publish them.

13. Changes to these terms

These terms are versioned and dated. If we make a material change we will show it to you in the app, and you will be asked to accept the new version before your next photograph upload or image creation. You can always sign in, view and download your own material, contact support and delete your account without accepting a new version.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the courts of that place and of the Commonwealth of Australia have jurisdiction.
